The staff is efficient here, the services are good, the location is absolutely perfect just off the restaurant, and the bustling centre, and the breakfast is good with a variety of things to eat and drink.

I recently stayed at Fortune Avenue in Jalandhar for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They exceeded my expectations in every department, from the amazing service to the personalized touches. The location was also convenient, with shops nearby, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated the friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel.

Complimentary breakfast had a good variety, especially loved the fresh fruit options. The location was ideal, close to popular attractions and shopping areas.- The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any requests.

The rooms were smaller than expected, not suitable for a romantic escape. The reception staff had a strange attitude, not accommodating to late check-out requests.

Convenient location close to Adampur airport, only a 30-minute drive away. The place is modern and practical and you'll find a bus station nearby for easy transportation. 🚗

The restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of options. The hotel also provided free high-speed Wi-Fi, which was convenient. I had a fantastic experience at Fortune Avenue and would highly recommend it.

I did experience some noise disturbance during my stay due to wedding season, which affected my sleep for a few nights. Despite being moved to another room, the noise did not improve.

During my stay at Fortune Avenue, I was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention from the staff. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs, even packing fruit and sandwiches for my road trip. The breakfasts were excellent, and the entire staff, including Krishan, Ankit. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the added touch of fruits, cookies, and nuts in the room. I was thoroughly impressed by everyone at this hotel.

There were a couple of drawbacks to my stay. The noise level from the room next door was disruptive, and despite calling the front desk multiple times, no action was taken.
